To register and maintain an account with vipvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing vipvip account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any partner platform.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration. vipvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, age, and payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

vipvip reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is required by applicable law or regulation.

vipvip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. vipvip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though vipvip may apply platform-level or account-level deposit caps at its discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your vipvip account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. vipvip is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure or network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to three business days, subject to successful completion of identity verification. vipvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All financial transactions on the vipvip Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate, which may include a conversion margin. vipvip is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the vipvip Platform are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters pertaining to that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry of the validity period, along with any associated winnings, will be forfeited automatically.

vipvip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or hedging betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, and co-ordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where abuse is identified, vipvip reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

Individual game rules are set by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — and are accessible within each game interface. vipvip is not responsible for errors in game software but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes with the relevant provider on a player's behalf.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games offered on the vipvip Platform utilise certified RNG software that produces genuinely random and independent outcomes. No betting system, strategy, or pattern of play can influence or predict the result of an RNG game. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error during a game round, vipvip reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. vipvip will not be liable for any losses alleged to have resulted from a technical malfunction beyond the refund of the original wager amount.

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play odds are updated in real time and the odds at the time of bet placement are binding. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned unless specific event rules state otherwise.

vipvip provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time-out features (from 24 hours to several weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

During a self-exclusion period, the player may not open a new account. You are advised to use a strong, unique password and to log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.

vipvip is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be immediately frozen and remitted in accordance with legal requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. vipvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
